A few things that help us help you faster:
- Your device & OS (for example, iPhone 15 / iOS 18, or Pixel 8 / Android 15).
- The app version — you'll find it in Profile → Settings.
- What happened and what you expected, plus a screenshot if you have one.
Billing & subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store and Google Play. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for a subscription, use your store account:
- Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Google: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
If something still looks wrong, email us and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Privacy requests
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account). For any other privacy request, email support@fluentist.app and see our Privacy Policy.
